Servicing all brands of white goods sold in the Australian market our experienced and licensed Technicians are ready to get your appliances back to working order.

It’s simple. We are good at what we do.

Our mobile repair vans are well stocked but rest assured – if we can’t repair your appliance on the first visit we have access to a large range of spare parts. We also don’t charge you a second service call fee to come back and fit parts – just the cost of the parts and the labour to fit them!

We also pride ourselves on the fact that:

• All jobs are quoted first so you know exactly how much you are spending
• We provide itemised invoices
• We have flexible payment methods

All of our Technicians carry a mobile POS terminal.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, EFTPOS and cash onsite. Surcharges apply for credit and debits cards. Payment is due to the Technician onsite before they leave your premises. Please note that we do not extend credit under circumstances.

COSTS

The Initial Inspection is $186 and includes 20 minutes time onsite. If your appliance repair can be completed within this time you would only be charged $186 plus parts if required. Any additional labour beyond the first 20 minutes is charged at $33 per 15 minutes or part thereof. If we can resolve your appliance issue onsite we will quote you then and there but, if we need to come back to fit parts we only charge for parts and the labour to fit them. If we attend to additional appliances onsite during the initial inspection we only charge our quarter hourly rate of $33 or part thereof per additional appliance plus parts if required.

We charge a flat workshop quote fee of $77 which is payable when you drop your appliance into our workshop.
