If we can resolve your appliance repair onsite we will quote you then and there but, if we need to come back to fit parts we only charge for parts and the labour to fit them; no second inspection fee or service call charge. Labour beyond the first 30 minutes is charged at $33 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Additional appliances attended to during a visit at the same address are charged $66 per additional appliance. This includes the first 30 minutes. Labour beyond the first 30 minutes is charged at $33 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

All of our Technicians carry a mobile POS terminal and accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and EFTPOS onsite. Please understand that we do not provide credit under any circumstances and do not leave accounts. Payment is due onsite, to the Technician on the day of service.
