To submit a job request you can either complete the form below. Where the person or entity paying for the initial inspection is not able to meet us onsite and make payment to the Technician in person we request a prepayment.
Circumstances where we request a prepayment
1) A real estate agent or owner of a rental property request us to attend
2) Where a business or other organisation is paying for the service
3) Where the person who is paying for the service (not limited to but usually the owner of the appliance) is unable to meet us onsite to make payment to the technician in person.
What am I prepaying?
The minimum due to attend is $278.50 which includes 45 minutes onsite. Labour thereafter is charged at $38.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof. Chargeable labour starts from where the Technician parks and turns his ignition off to attend to the job.
In many cases it takes between 15 – 30 minutes to complete a diagnosis on one appliance, but any additional appliances at the same Job Location will attract an additional $77 ($38.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof which equates to 16 to 30 minutes) per additional appliance. If we don’t use the allocated time on any of the additional appliances we will refund you any unused portions of labour which you have prepaid.
If we need to return to fit parts we only charge for inventory items and installation.
