Things to check before making a booking:
Please check that the power cord is connected at both the power point and on the monitor. It is quite common for a cord to be knocked or a monitor accidentally unplugged or switched off. In general a cracked or damaged screen is an uneconomical repair for many models. Although we can still provide a quote to replace a screen if you drop your monitor in please bear this in mind.
We service many different monitor brands but the most common are:

COSTS AND PAYMENT METHODS
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, EFTPOS and cash. Surcharges apply for credit and debits cards.
We charge a non-refundable workshop quote fee of $88 and is payable when you drop your equipment in to our workshop.
We also offer a pickup service if you are unable to drop your monitor in which attracts a flat fee of $274. This covers the pickup, diagnosis, and return of your monitor regardless of whether a quote for repairs is accepted. Technicians carry mobile POS terminals and payment is due onsite to the Technician before he leaves your premises.
